Faculty Profile
Mission
- Organizing education in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology that promotes a healthy, democratic, and integrated academic atmosphere between curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities, utilizing the latest technology and information based on national cultural values especially the noble values of Javanese culture which are internationally accredited.
- Conducting research in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology oriented to the development of education and community service, as well as the development of internationally indexed science, culture, and arts.
- Organizing community service in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology as well as in the fields of Indonesian language and culture which are internationally recognized.
Purpose
- To produce competent, adaptive, and innovative graduates in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology who are able to utilize the latest technology and information.
- Produce innovative, creative, and productive research in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology that are beneficial to society.
- Generate community service in the fields of Indonesian literature, Indonesian linguistics, and Malay philology that are adaptive, innovative, and implementable.
